City of Santa Barbara Police Department at 215 East Figueroa Street, Santa Barbara, California.

These cops are literally racist. They had no probable cause nor valid reason to interrogate a friend simply because he was black. He had 2 wetsuits that he was about to return to his friend and cops go up to him and assume he stole them. The friend shows literal texts that he borrowed the wetsuit from a friend and the plan they made to return them. The cops STILL don't believe him and ask his to CALL the friend at 8am..... if you don't believe this was racism consider this: if a lot of bikes get stolen, are cops really going to interrogate random people they see with bikes? No. They won't. This happened at 8am 8/8/17 two cops near bagel cafe in Isla Vista.
I hope they get fired.
